Free 3D Modelling
Our design team produces a rendered 3D model for your review and approval. 2–5 business days · Free of charge · Revisions included.
Step 03
Physical Sample
A full prototype is manufactured in the agreed material, finish, and logo technique. 3–7 business days · Sample fee credited against bulk order.
Step 04
Bulk Production
Full-scale manufacturing to your approved sample specification, with in-process QC at three checkpoints. Approximately 30 days from sample approval.
Step 05
QC & Shipment
Written pre-shipment inspection report and product photography before dispatch. Shipping terms available: EXW · FOB · CIF · DAP · DDP.

What is the MOQ for OEM/ODM orders?
Standard MOQ is 200 units per design. For highly complex projects, MOQ is discussed on a per-project basis. Contact us with your brief for an exact quote.
How long does sampling take?
3D modelling takes 2–5 business days (free). Physical sample is ready in 3–7 business days from approved 3D model. Sample fees are credited against your bulk order.
Is 3D modelling really free?
Yes — always. Rendered 3D model with revisions is provided at no charge for every new ODM project. No tooling fee applies to laser engraving customisation either.
Can I get an NDA before sharing my design?
Yes. We sign mutual NDAs before any design file or proprietary brief is shared. Contact us to request an NDA before your first submission.
What certifications does HUASHEN hold?
We hold FSC Chain of Custody certification BV-COC-172367 (issued by Bureau Veritas, valid to November 2026), BSCI social compliance audit status, and ISO 9001 quality management certification.
