Six-Step Quality Control
Every order — regardless of size — passes all six checkpoints before leaving the factory.

Incoming Material Inspection
All raw timber and boards are inspected on arrival: moisture content measured (target 8–12%), species verified, and defects graded before entering production.

Cutting & Machining Check
Dimensional accuracy verified after cutting and CNC routing. Parts checked against approved sample for fit, grain direction, and surface preparation.

Assembly & Joinery Inspection
Assembled units checked for structural integrity, joint tightness (dovetail, tongue & groove), squareness, and hardware fitment before finishing.

Finishing & Branding Check
Coating uniformity, colour consistency, and branding accuracy (laser engraving depth, print registration, hot-stamp position) verified against the approved sample and brand brief.

Pre-Shipment Inspection
Random sampling of finished goods against AQL standards. Written inspection report and pre-shipment photographs provided free with every order. Third-party inspection (SGS, Bureau Veritas, TÜV) can be arranged at the buyer’s request.

Packing & Export Preparation
Products packed with desiccant sachets and moisture-barrier lining for sea freight. ISPM 15 fumigation for solid wood packaging where required. Carton count and packing list verified before container loading.

What does the six-step QC process cover?

Is a free inspection report provided with every order?
Yes. Every order includes a free written pre-shipment inspection report and pre-shipment product photographs at no additional charge. These are provided before dispatch so buyers can approve the goods before shipment.
Can I arrange third-party inspection?
Yes. HUASHEN supports access for SGS, Bureau Veritas, TÜV Rheinland, Intertek, and other accredited inspection agencies. Buyers arrange the inspection directly with their chosen agency and notify HUASHEN of the inspection date and scope. Additional costs are at the buyer’s account.
What moisture content standard does HUASHEN use?
All timber is kiln-dried to 8–12% moisture content before production. This range minimises warping, cracking, and splitting during sea freight and after delivery in destination market conditions. Moisture content is measured at incoming inspection and may be rechecked before shipment on request.
Are food-contact test reports available for kitchenware?
Yes, for applicable kitchenware products. HUASHEN uses water-based, low-VOC coatings on food-contact surfaces. Test reports are available on request. Contact us with your specific product and destination market requirements to confirm applicable standards.
